1) Online orders must be prepaid by a credit card (Visa and MasterCard, Discover and American Express). All credit card charges are in US dollars.
2) U. S. and international customers pay flat shipping and handling fees set different for different countries, in addition to the prices of products. International customers pay all tariffs, customs brokers’ charges and other charges due to import rules. These charges may be billed to the credit card account at a later time. Customer is also responsible for obtaining import permits, if required.
3) If the order is to be shipped using your own courier account, please provide account information in the special instruction box. International customers with VAT ID please provide the information in the same instruction box at check out.
4) The nozzles and emitterss will typically be shipped within one week of receipt of order. However, on occasion, due to a back orders from suppliers, orders may not shipped for 3 weeks. The delivery time for the columns may be from one to three weeks from receipt of orders.
